From the Outside Looking In…

Well, it has been a week or so since I have blogged and the work just seems to keep piling up without no relief in sight. No, not complaining, just trying to offer a humble excuse!

Ah, yes.  There are lots of leftovers in the fridge and the third load of dishes has just finished in the dishwasher. Last night was wonderful.  Our guests began to arrive at 3:30 and our menu was as follows:
Appetizers
Crostini with diced tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and fresh basil
Stuffed mushrooms
Deviled….er, resurrection-themed eggs
Entrees
Baked Ham with a honey [...]

LC and I just bought a plot of land in Cheverly as part of a community garden.  This is an exciting thing for us since our hope is that it will be an extension of the herb and vegetable garden we planned and have begun on the side of the house.  So far so good [...]
